Please allow 2 to 5 business days for payment to be received and Please allow 3 - 5 business days for warehouse to process orders.

How long will my order take?
We are accepting orders, please allow 20 - 40 business days for shipment to arrive.

Please note, these time-frames are once your order payment has been received and dispatched by our supplier.

COVID 19
Due to covid19 shipping time frames maybe extended without notice. This is highly due delays with delivery services.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched by our suppliers we will send you an email to confirm that it's on the way. This email will also have your tracking number if a tracking number is available, so it's really important that the email address is entered correctly when the order is placed.

Shipping Policy

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Auckland eStore is unable to deliver to a Parcel Locker address.

If the wrong address has been entered, Auckland eStore is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Auckland eStore will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has processed.

Lost or damaged goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Auckland eStore within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.
