Covid19 Updates

April 28th 2020

I'm sure you all feel like we do with our country going through changes due to COVID19.  It has surely been frustrating with uncertainties.  As of today NZ will will down grade to level 2 lock-down.  Delivery services are in full swing and parcels are being delivered.

TINGS merchandise are delayed as production has halted until 04/05/2020.  Good news, you can still order, please be advised there is a delay and you can place a back-order.  We will get your merchandise as soon as we can., we are looking at a two week delay at this time but we will keep customers updated.

April 24th 2020

Due to Covid19 some suppliers have slowed down in manufacturing processes and shipping is taking a little longer than expected.  Please allow 20-30 days for shipment to arrive.

We are always here to help with any issues you may have, our customer service is open Monday to Friday 9 - 5 NZ time. Please take care of yourselves and the ones around you during this extraordinary time.

On a happy note, shipment from China is back in full swing and items seem to arriving earlier than expected.  Cargo ships are still running in countries that are on lock-down but not as often as usual.
